Matthew Thomas grew up in a real estate household. His father, Harold Thomas Sr., the founder of Thomas-Chambers Company and licensed real estate broker for 30 plus years, started to mold him early into the life of construction and real estate. Matthew would tag along and assist on countless rehabilitation and refurbishing projects that his father spearhead starting from the age as early as 10. He quickly realized what he wanted to do when he became an adult which was work with real estate. 

Matthew went right to work with a laser like focus once graduating high school by enrolling in the Peralta Community College system with a goal of learning as much as he could about real estate while he worked a number of home rehab jobs specializing in carpentry.  He earned his real estate sales license at the young age of 19, passing the state exam with no delay. He would continue his education receiving his Associate of Arts degree in real estate.  He then went on to earn a Real Estate Brokers license shortly after.

Matthew Thomas never had any conflict into what he wanted to do in life.  He knew that he wanted to sell and finance real estate to help people obtain one of their dreams.  Having an outstanding role model like his father to share his 30 years of experience and knowledge ushered him seamlessly into a successful career of real estate. He has worked in the industry since 2001 and doesn't plan to stop anytime soon.  Real estate is his life and he would love to share it with you. 

Matthew now owns and operates Thomas-Chambers Company with his brother, Harold Thomas Jr., carrying on and excelling the legacy their father has left.
