- Know your budget. If you are going to get a home loan, know your pre-approved amount beforehand so we can eliminate homes out of your price range.
- Think about drive time to your job or other activities. Traffic in the Oakland area could be different than what you're used to, so let me know how long a commute you're willing to undertake.
