Joan Taylor is a Real Estate Investor and Nurse Practitioner that sold her first home at the age of twenty-one. She has lived in the Bay Area for over 45 years and knows the Oakland area very well. Joan has experienced many cycles of the real estate market and has also worked in lending, so she has a unique understanding and familiarity with the entire process. Furthermore, she brings her “bedside care” to the transaction by paying close attention to details and providing a supportive role for the client. Also involved in community service, Joan works with local non-profits to fortify and improve the local economy through education and service work. In her spare time Joan enjoys travel, comedy, and music.
